Please note: Due to the impact of COVID-19 and staffing challenges at our return facility, returns and exchanges will process in 4-5 weeks once it arrives at our facility.
Not quite the right fit? Or maybe you’ve changed your mind? Not to worry, we’ll take it back! You have 30 days from the time your order arrives at your door to send it back for a refund. All returned merchandise must be in new or unused condition and returned with your packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation. All purchases made of personalized and final sale items are final. See our detailed return policy below.

For a faster refund, please ensure that the items you selected to return correspond with the items in your package. If you have more than one order to return, please process separately and ship orders back individually.
All returned merchandise must be in new or unused condition and returned with your packing slip. All monogrammed, personalized, and final sale items are final. Tuckernuck reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
Things to know:
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Returns are free. There is no return label fee.
Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip associated with your order. Don’t have your packing slip?

Allow 4-5 weeks from the time you ship your return for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Only one exchange request per item. We can only accommodate exchange requests for a different size. Please reach out to customer service with any questions regarding availability.
If the item requested as an exchange cannot be fulfilled at the time the return is received, we will automatically refund your original form of payment.
