FIT: Just Right
I wanted to love this... but
I adored this sweater online, but when it arrived I found the pink tone more orangy than it looked on screen, so it just didn't work for my cool coloring. It was also BIG. I am a generous size 10. I ordered the medium and could have gone smaller. With regret, I sent it back.
This sweater is absolutely stunning in person! The pink color is almost exactly as pictured in the photographs, a true medium-pink, not too bright (like fuchsia), but not too understated (like pale pink). The knit is a little bit looser than what is pictured, but the sweater is not at all see through. When deciding what size to order, I was between an XS or S (my usual size is XS or 0-2 in tops) because I am a pear shape with larger hips, and I didn't want the bottom of the sweater to be tight around them, a look I find unflattering on me. Ultimately, I ordered an XS which was perfect because the sweater has a slightly large, oversized fit and is not tight at all around the bottom. This sweater could not be more flattering on my frame! The material is extremely soft and not itchy at all. Personally, I think the original price is a little bit too high for the quality (it's excellent, but it is acrylic and not cashmere), but the sale price is perfect! Buy this adorable sweater!!
Cutest sweater ever
This is genuinely the cutest sweater I have ever put on. The color is the perfect shade of pink and the oversized fit is cozy, but still flattering with a good pair of jeans. I will be wearing this from now all the way through Spring!
Never taking this sweater off!
I went back and forth about ordering this sweater and then I texted my best friend who told me, “you need it! So cute” and then I did what I wanted to do all along and purchased the sweater. I’m so happy I did! It fits very true to size and it’s so comfy for the winter months. Nothing like a pop of color to add to your wardrobe when it’s dark and gloomy outside. Everyone needs this sweater in their closet. Tuckernuck wins again!
