FIT: Just Right
Arms/elbows too tight
Love all the Dudley Stephens products. I'm a solid 8 on nearly every other brand, yet the forearm/elbow area on the medium were so tight, that it was uncomfortable (and my arms are thin). I exchanged for a large.
Simple and stylish
Perfect for cool days or nights. I’m 5’8 129lbs and usually wear a small but have longer arms and went with a medium. So glad I did. Fits better. An upgrade from regular sweatshirt I love it. Not a lot of stretch like you would find in an old school sweatshirt. The color is a vibrant green. Can’t wait to wear on cape cod this summer
A pulled together polished look!
Absolutely love my Slope Turtleneck. Beyond comfortable. The cut and design make the sweater look so polished and creates an easy pulled together look. It's my new to go item for working from home days or weekend walks. If I could, I would purchase this is so many colors and styles. A must have!
Cozy spring staple
This is my first Dudley Stephens fleece and I am loving it! The fleece itself is soft and breathable, and the neck has just the right amount of structure. Perfect for the many chilly spring days ahead.
Show stopper with the comfy stay at home feeling!
This. Is. Everything! This can be worn in for that comfy look or dressed up with a pair of work slacks! Best of both worlds. This is their lighter fleece option and it’s perfect! Sized up one size for a slightly looser fit.
my favorite staple
Such a great staple piece in your wardrobe. It runs a little large. You can get away with sizing down, depending on if you want to layer underneath it or not. I much prefer this lighter weight terry fleece!
Incredibly warm, soft and comfortable while keeping its sleek shape for a more polished casual look. The sky blue with hunter green is unique and pleasing, gets compliments each time I wear it!
My first Dudley Stephens
The light blue/dark green combo is unique. I often buy clothes in Size Small, but in this case chose Medium. Glad I did—I really have to tug to get my head through the neck hole. Once over my head, the Medium is fine—sleeves would likely have been short if I’d ordered Small. The standup collar sometimes buries my face when I’m seated, but I guess that’s the style. It looks best when standing or walking.
Good but was expecting the thicker fleece (Vello)
The top was as described, but I am used to the thicker fleece, I think it is called Velo. The neck on this fabric does not slouch as nicely as it does on the Velo. Hope I am labeling this accurately. I just like the thicker fleece in park slope the best.
Adorable and so comfortable!
The perfect amount of cozy while still looking put together. Love the color combination of the baby blue and green. Perfect with jeans for a chilly plane ride. I want this in every color!
Best sweatshirt/sweater Alternative
I live in the Dudley Stephens fleeces! They look cute with everything from workout wear to date night outfits. I especially love this color blocking of powder blue and hunter green that is only available on the Tuckernuck website. I also really love the terry fleece that is lighter weight so it can be worn all year round.
Perfect for Spring
This is my third Dudley Stephens fleece and I love the bright color. I added a monogram which complements the sleeve nicely and makes it feel a little more my own. I am 5’5” / 165 / 36DD and sized up to a L this time to have a little more oversized fit and love it. The terry fleece washes better than the vello in my opinion and is worth the price. I also like that DS is very focused on sustainability and the environment.
I love the Dudley Stephens Park Slope in terry. The fabric is perfect for spring and fall and I love the color. Its bright but not neon.
I love the Park Slope. The color is very pretty but not too bright. The fabric is perfect for spring or fall.
Not the relaxed fit I was going for
Reading all these reviews I was surprised when I tried the top on. I was anticipating it was going to be a more relaxed fit. If that’s the look you were going for, I would definitely size up. For the price, The fleece felt a little cheap and was super disappointed because it looks so cute on the model.
The Perfect Layer
Pretty much the perfect top, light enough to wear solo when it's warm and layer over a tank when it's cold. I purchased a medium which is just right as long as it doesn't go in the dyer and you are not looking for a oversized fit (I am 5'4 and a 6-8 in tops).
Hard to take this off!
I finally bought my first Dudley and I couldn't be happier! And also kicking myself for not jumping on the DS train earlier! I'm a curvy gal (size 12-14) so I went with an XL and it's not too tight, but also not frumpy! I can't wait to get more!
Didn't know I could love Dudley Stephens even more
I have the OG vello fleece version of the park slope so was hesitant to get this terry fleece BUT I AM OBSESSED. The weight/material is perfection for spring when you want a super light sweater. My normal size is XS but I got a S in this. Park slopes tend to run slightly small so I like the extra length/room a size bigger offers
A spring/summer staple!!
For anyone who loves their dudley fleeces as much as I do, this lightweight terry cloth version is a must-have! The outer fabric is lightweight and almost cooling (think like a beach towel) and the inside is softer than my other dudley fleeces. It's surprisingly not too hot-- ideal for cool summer nights and days inside with air conditioning!
