MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN TRANSIT, WHAT DO I DO?
We sincerely apologize for any stress and disappointment that carrier delays have caused this season!
We have been in touch with our UPS and USPS representatives and there is very little information we can gather about these “in transit” packages. All carriers are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.
We still believe that your package will eventually arrive. If not by the 24th, it will most likely arrive on the 26th or 28th. We know this is not ideal and we can assure you that we are doing everything we can to try to get packages delivered by Christmas Eve. We will remain in contact with our UPS and USPS representatives throughout the week.
How do I get in touch with customer support?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A HOLIDAY GIFT?
All orders delivered between October 15th - December 25th, 2020 are eligible for a refund or exchange through January 8th, 2021.
A $5 Return Shipping Label is included in all orders shipped from our warehouse and available for download at tnuck.com/return.
If you have a gift return, please contact us at [email protected]. If you are exchanging a gift, you will not be charged the $5 Return Label fee.
When should I order to ensure my gifts arrive in time?
Due to Christmas and carrier delays, standard order processing time may take up to 5 business days. If you need your items sooner, we recommend you select expedited shipping. Please know that our team is doing everything they can to get your order out the door.We are grateful for your business and appreciate your patience and understanding of slower delivery times during this very busy online shopping season!
