    • The Post House Inn

This coastal inn is the perfect spot for a cozy and welcoming stay, complete with beautiful decor and a great restaurant.

    • Zero George

This place defines understated and authentic elegance, with its lush guest rooms and cozy piazzas.

    • The Dewberry

This is a mid-century, luxury hotel with a great rooftop for drinks!

    • The Restoration Hotel

This stay is designed to feel more like a home, less like a hotel!

    Where to Eat Breakfast

    • Harken

Start your day by grabbing coffee and a country ham & hot honey biscuit here.

    • Baba’s on Cannon

This is a relaxed all-day cafe with a great cappuccino & small plate selection.

    Where to Eat Lunch

    • Little Jack's Tavern

Little Jack’s has a cozy ambience with its equestrian art, checkered tablecloths, and dim lighting. Enjoy the best burger in town here. This is not controversial, but understood.

    • The Obstinate Daughter (Sullivan's Island)

The “OD” is a local favorite and the best restaurant on Sullivan’s Island. Enjoy anything from the raw bar, fresh seafood, incredible pizzas, and homemade pasta dishes. My absolutely favorite appetizer is the local lettuce & the butterbean puree flatbread!

    • The Co-Op (Sullivan's Island)

This is a local island spot known for their to-go flavored frosé & sandwiches. My mom stocks their frosé in the freezer at home!

    • Leon's Oyster Shop

Come here for fresh oysters, fun salads, and a great outdoor, laid-back vibe! I hear they also have oyster shooters off the menu!

    Where to Eat Dinner

    • The Post House Inn

This is hands-down my #1 dinner (and dessert) spot! The Post House has fantastic cocktails and fresh gourmet food with a tad of southern flair. Sit in the bar room or on the patio!

    • Chez Nous

Chez Nous is a beautiful intimate dining experience, set in a historic, converted home. Think candlelit, old-world France. You must have a reservation.

    • Stella's

Stella’s is a go-to spot for rustic and modern Greek food. It is always so delicious with the freshest ingredients.

    • 167 Raw

The atmosphere here is to-die-for (and makes me miss the shop on Nantucket)! Tuckernuck Tip: Go early during the weekday to get a table. You really can’t go wrong with anything on this menu, especially the oysters!

    • Xiao Bao Biscuit

This is a trendy Asian spot with great food, a unique setting, and specialty, creative cocktails!

    • Melfi’s

The most beloved Italian spot in the city! On Fridays you will most likely find me indulging in their rigatoni and their take on the “fat & dirty martini."

    Where to Sip

    • The Citrus Club at The Dewberry Hotel

This is a must! Head here for stunning views of the city and cocktails on point!

    • Little Palm

A retro cocktail bar located in the Ryder Hotel, Little Palm specializes in seasonal cocktails in funky rattan chairs by the pool.

    • Little Saint

Come here for the most clever cocktails! If you’re looking for unexpected deliciousness, this is the place.

    • Home Team BBQ

Think game-day on the beach vibes. This spot has killer “game changers” (their signature) and frozen coffee drinks.

    What to Do

    • Stroll Down South of Broad

Take a stroll through the historic and authentic South of Broad neighborhood to admire the southern homes and architecture.

    • Explore Sullivan's Island

Order to-go from The Obstinate Daughter or The Co-Op, have a picnic on the beach, and check out the Sullivan’s Island lighthouse.

    • Go Antiquing

There are heaps of little antique stores throughout Charleston. My favorite is The White Gallery.

    • Shopping on King Street

A few of my favorite spots include, but are not limited to: Amanda Lindroth, Lake Pajamas, Hampden Clothing, & Croghan’s Jewel Box.
