When the COVID pandemic hit in early 2020, Lynen founder Sarah learned how to use her grandmother’s gifted embroidery machine, practicing on old tea towels. One thing led to another and she started selling her tea towels as a side hobby, and eventually a full business. “Lynen” is a nod to her grandma Lynda, who is still Sarah’s biggest supporter and loves watching her bring fun, happy tea towels into people’s homes.
